The Center for Reproductive Health is a private practice group that provides an established
infertility and In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) facility that is staffed with highly trained
professionals to provide infertility patients with personalized care second to none. The
Center offers a full range of medical and surgical therapies for the treatment of infertility,
congenital anomalies, recurrent miscarriage, pubertal problems, polycystic ovary syndrome,
endometriosis, and menopausal disorders.
 We are committed to providing our patients with the best fertility care to help them fulfill
their dreams of expanding their families. The personalized approach offered by Drs. Haas and
Hansen and their staff establishes an atmosphere of trust and confidence for the patient that
helps minimize the inevitable anxieties and stresses associated with fertility therapy. Providing
professional and up to the minute treatment options under the safest conditions is a priority
at our facility.
Infertility management includes In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF), treatment of anovulation, postcoital
testing, hysterosalpingography (HSG) with transcervical tubal cannulation, and artificial
insemination (AIH-IUI) with or without clomiphene citrate (clomid) or gonadotropins.
Surgical treatments include laparoscopic tuboplasty, lysis of adhesions, excision or laser
vaporization of endometriosis, excision of ovarian cysts, electrocautery of polycystic
ovaries, removal of hydrosalpinges, and myomectomy; hysteroscopic removal of polyps,
fibroids, uterine septae or synechiae; abdominal myomectomy, and sterilization reversal
performed via mini-laparotomy.
Assisted reproductive technology (ART) options include in vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic
sperm injection (ICSI), embryo cryopreservation, donor oocytes and embryos, and microsurgical
epididymal sperm aspiration (MESA).
Andrology testing includes semen analysis, strict (Kruger) morphology assessment, sperm
antibody testing, acrosome assessment including pretreatment with pentoxyfyline and/or
2-deoxyadenosine, and sperm cryopreservation.
The Center for Reproductive Health is centrally located near downtown Oklahoma City
in the ever-growing and revitalized OU Medical Center – Oklahoma Health Center area. The
Center is only a 1/2 mile from the beautiful Bricktown Area and only blocks from the
State Capitol. We are approximately 10 miles from Edmond, Bethany, Moore, Midwest City, and
Del City. Other neighboring cities less than 45 minutes away include Guthrie, Yukon, El
Reno, Norman, Stillwater, and Shawnee.
